Lynn Thomas, MSW, LCSW

Lynn is a mental health professional, innovator, leader and creative teacher for professionals who facilitate transformation. She played a significant part in pioneering the growth of involving horses in mental health services globally through her
Lynn is a mental health professional, innovator, leader and creative teacher for professionals who facilitate transformation. She played a significant part in pioneering the growth of involving horses in mental health services globally through her work co-founding and developing the Eagala Model of training for 21 years, as an author, and as a sought-after presenter at conferences and events worldwide.Then in 2021, she leapt into two new visions to train and support professionals, Arenas for Change (ARCH) and the nonprofit industry advocacy organization, Horses for Mental Health.

She is driven by the ARCH values and loves learning with incredible teams of people and transforming lives. She is passionate about the outdoors and the mountains, where you will generally find her nourishing her soul through mountain biking, skiing or hiking, or spending time with her three grown, married children. Lynn lives in Utah.

Courtney Aldrich, LICSW

Courtney Aldrich (she/her) is a clinical social worker, expressive art therapist, and a survivor of sexual abuse. Her experience in the mental health field includes community-based, school, inpatient, and outpatient care. Her approach to mental health care is multi-modal. She intertwines cognitive behavioral therapies with mindfulness, movement, and expressive art to offer clients a unique invitation to therapy that meets people where they are at. She developed her niche running groups with the kids, parents, teens, and adults she met along the way.

Jordan Held, LCSW

Jordan Held, LCSW (he/him) is the President & Founder of Relentless Pursuit Therapy & Consulting. Jordan specializes in acute and chronic trauma, the LGBTQ+ community, complex family dynamics and young adults discharging treatment settings. Jordan’s practice centers around creating a healing centered space for individuals and their families, working to decrease negative patterns and strengthen the family system. Jordan is an international speaker on cultivating spaces of belonging for gender diverse adolescents and represents both the Los Angeles LGBT Center and The Laurel Foundation on their Board of Directors. In addition, he facilitates family support groups through JQ International and Transforming Family and is an affiliate of the NCTSN and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Jordan has published multiple journal articles on gender and sexual minority youth and the intersectionality of trauma and building resilience. Jordan provides consultations, supervision, trainings and education to other health providers.  Queer, trans and sober, Jordan is dedicated to helping individuals find their true authenticity and purpose in life.

Amy Lazier, LMHC

Amy Larson Lazier LMHC, RDT: Amy is a Providence, RI based drama therapist who works primarily with peer recovery specialists who struggle with secondary trauma and burnout. Amy is a proud person in recovery from drugs and alcohol, which is an important part of her work. Amy utilizes embodied work with clients to help process secondary trauma, helping to re-write their story in recovery and encouraging clients and peers to explore themselves and the many roles they play.

Erin Blanchette, M.T.-B.C

Erin Blanchette, MT-BC, is a music therapist from the Chicago-land area, working at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center in Lemont, IL. She graduated from the prestigious Frost School of Music at the University of Miami in 2015 with a degree in vocal jazz and subsequently obtained a music therapy degree from St. Mary’s of the Woods. Erin has worked in the behavioral health field for five years, beginning at Streamwood Behavioral inpatient hospital for two years before moving to Timberline Knolls. At both facilities, she developed the music therapy program and was instrumental in expanding the expressive therapy department. Erin is thrilled to be part of a facility that includes expressive therapy as an integral part of resident’s treatment, believing this mode of therapy a vital part of successful rehabilitation.

Andrew Lapin, M.S.,M.A., LMHC

Andrew has been a clinician for over ten years and has worked through expressive arts and experiential psychotherapy throughout his career. He is also a drag performer and has incorporated drama and expression into clinical settings across levels of care. 

Michelle Pierce, M.A., LMHC

Michelle is a LMHC. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019 but has been practicing yoga & its traditions for over half her life. She has presented lectures across New England & values creating a tranquil space for attendees. Michelle is the founder of The Unwind, a private practice offering counseling & yoga therapy and works with a group practice in Boston, Massachusetts Mind Center offering supervision for clinicians working towards licensure. Michelle is an advocate that yoga can be for everyone — all ages and bodies, and values teaching from a trauma-informed and holistically orientated lens. She is an avid reader & lover of the outdoors. 

Beck Gee, CADC-II (California), AMFT

Beck is an accomplished masters level clinician, armed with a profound educational background in Sociology, emphasizing Gender & Sexuality at the undergraduate level, and a masters degree in Addiction Counseling. With over 15 years of dedicated service in the mental health and substance use field, Beck has passionately channeled his expertise towards championing the well-being of the LGBTQ+ community, adolescents, and families. Over the past 15 years, Beck has assumed a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of LGBTQ+ inclusivity and support. His influence extends across the spectrum, from training numerous facilities in the implementation of LGBTQ+ best practices to sharing insights as a distinguished keynote speaker and presenter at a multitude of conferences across the globe. Beck's exceptional ability to facilitate workshops on topics encompassing LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, adolescent care, as well as gender and sexuality has earned him a reputation as an industry thought leader. Currently, Beck holds the position of Director of LGBTQ+ Programming at Visions Adolescent Treatment Center, located in Los Angeles, California. Beck extends his expertise through his own company BGC Bridge, a company that assists institutions in enhancing their LGBTQ+ inclusivity and support. Through this initiative, Beck continues to be an instrumental force in driving positive change and progress within the mental health field. Beck's tireless dedication and transformative contributions are truly making a significant impact, empowering LGBTQ+ youth and their families to find a nurturing space where they can heal, grow, and thrive.
